Why didn’t I get points when I scanned my ticket?

There are multiple reasons why scanning a ticket did not collect points. Some of these reasons include:


  • You received Second Chance entries instead. If the ticket you scanned was a non-winning ticket that is associated with an active Second Chance game, you will receive Second Chance entries instead of points. 
  • The ticket was previously scanned. A ticket only collects points the first time it is scanned.
  • The ticket is invalid. If you scan an invalid ticket, you will not receive points.
