Why does the app need to know my location?

You must be physically located in New Hampshire when depositing, playing e-Instant games, and purchasing draw tickets through iLottery.

Engaging with certain features of the app, such as scanning tickets, requires that you are located in the state of New Hampshire when you FIRST sign up using the app OR during your FIRST log in with the app. After that, you may scan New Hampshire Lottery retail tickets from anywhere – here in New Hampshire or outside of the state.
