Follow these steps if you are unable to use your phone camera in the app:
For iPhone
- Open Settings: Tap the Settings app
- Enable Camera:
- Tap on Privacy and Security
- Tap on Camera
- Tap to toggle on for the NH Lottery app
For Android
- Open Settings: Tap the Settings app
- Tap Apps or Applications
- You may need to tap See All Apps
- Tap on NH Lottery app
- Tap Camera
- Choose the conditions under which the app can use the phone camera
